Senior Financial Abuse

If you are over 65 years of age and suspect that you have been a victim of Identity Theft or other type of financial scam, and you are now being asked to pay, don’t. You may be protected by state and federal law. You also may not be at fault. Your bank or insurance company may partly be responsible. I have handled several cases where I protected seniors from being scammed out of their life savings.
